File↗Sprig ZIP PICK

YOUR FILES STAY WITH YOU.

How your files are handled

ZIP PICK reads archives you choose in your browser. Image previews, ZIP extraction and selected-image exports happen on your device. The image compressor decodes and re-encodes chosen JPG, PNG, and WebP images as new JPG files on your device. It does not copy camera or location metadata to the output. Neither tool sends your chosen ZIP, image contents or filenames to a server.

Website requests

Your browser requests the website’s HTML, scripts and styles from its host. The example ZIP is downloaded only when you choose the sample. A website host may process standard connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver these resources.

Accounts and storage

This version has no account system, payment integration or advertising trackers. It does not intentionally store selected files or selections across page reloads. Files you download remain in your downloads folder until you remove them.

Optional usage analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits, successful ZIP previews, completed image compressions, download actions and processing failures. For the compressor, we record the chosen size limit (20, 50, 100 or 200 KB). We distinguish the sample archive from your own archive. We do not send filenames, file contents, search text, raw errors or URL query strings to Analytics. Google may process cookie identifiers, browser/device information and connection information. This is not anonymous measurement. Enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled.

You can decline without losing any tool features. Use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the tool to change your choice. Declining stops future collection and reloads the tool; export any selected work first. It does not erase data already sent. Previously set Google Analytics cookies expire after up to 30 days unless renewed; you can also remove them through browser site settings. Your consent choice is stored locally. Only consenting visits are represented, so totals are incomplete. A generated download or download action does not prove a file was saved to disk.

Future changes

If accounts or payments are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe the additional information involved before those features launch.
